I am a highly determined, motivated and efficient person, eager in acquiring new skills, and further developing the ones already established. My areas of expertise are Customer service, Quote to Fulfillment, People and Program Management. As a Business Analyst - Quote to Fulfillment, I enjoy working with customers (Sales team - Field or renewal, CSMs, Global and Regional Managers, etc.) and provide the best solutions to satisfy their requirements and get the contracts prepped, sold and sent to the customer successfully. I am a fast learner and I enjoy learning new tools and testing new technologies developed by Oracle, for the Sales and Support teams. During my time at CCGS and Vodafone, I was a key contact for overseeing the smooth workflow and implementation of the projects I was apart of, building on my People Management skills. First two years at Oracle were the most extensive, learning system knowledge including Oracle Sales Cloud, OsvC (BigMachines), SPM (RightNow) and multiple Oracle database systems and tools (ODS, OKS, etc). For the past 3 years I have been apart of the Oracle ACS Order Desk team as a Shift Lead - NA and LAD, but covered EMEA extensively as well. Handled many high value deals from start to finish, ensuring deal closure and increasing Oracle revenue yeld for ACS year by year.
