A toughened, highly skillful, and accomplished professional with over 12 years of experience, particularly in the client relations department, where I’ve been involved in all aspects and processes of each department - from acquisitions to supply and inventory, from management and planning to quality control, from customer service to complaint management. I'm passionate about my job and the daily challenges that we face as a team, fully-dedicated to the company that I work for, and in the same time totally-committed to our business partners and clients. I've spent the last years helping growing my company’s KPIs through dedicated efforts using hard work and the numerous skills acquired over the years. I've been recognized in my efforts by the majority of my colleagues and collaborators, and even awarded by my employers for my dedication and achievements. I'm currently seeking new opportunities to further develop my talent and expertise, and also, additionally, expanding my area of knowledge into other fields and areas of business.
