extensive knowledge in software development lifecycle (implemented greenfield apps, migrated existing apps to a modernized infrastructure like Kubernetes & Microservices, configured automated testing pipelines, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code with Terraform for Google/AWS and IBM Cloud)- hands-on experience with Waterfall/SCRUM/SaFE on various projects (from 2 developers to 150)- capable of being the technical driver on any project while also being actively involved with the developers (power of example works best and working with people you get to know them better and it is extremely important for distributing tasks to the right developer)- hands-on approach, I am willing to take responsibility and ownership of the most difficult tasks/endeavors (migrating a legacy monolith in javaee to microservices with spring on Kubernetes, built 30 microservices for a startup with 60 million USD funding by leading a development team of 10 backend developers in less than a year, worked on most critical microservices of a system which handled 6 million connected cars)- actively proposing improvements/ideas on any project I worked on, making an impact in all areas: documentation, test automation, CI/CD pipelines, way of work, technical decisions made at project level, technical decisions made at microservice level, constantly doing reviews for pull requests - capable of motivating everyone on the team to do better and improve their knowledge and willingness to take responsibility on challenging tasks - organized internships where I interviewed hundreds of students for intern backend/web/qa/devops roles - language-agnostic person, my strong programming language is without doubt Java but I am perfectly capable to adapt using any programming language and stick to the same programming principles and one of my own and the most important one (keep the code as simple as possible so anyone can understand it)- experienced in technical presentations for internal and external audiences - strong DevOps knowledge by working hands-on with the following tools/technologies: microservices, jaeger tracing, Kubernetes, AWS Fargate, monitoring with CloudWatch, prometheus, grafana, Dynatrace, Jenkins/Github actions/CircleCI, JFrog, AWS Cloud, Google Cloud, helm charts - expansive person, I am very friendly and able to interact with anyone, I don't treat people differently regardless of their roles - challenging personality, I always strive to implement the best solutions and I always give my honest feedback on technical/organizational stuff which could be done better
