Marketing strategist. Co-founder at TARNOVSKI Branding Studio. I like evidence, frameworks, decisions, and results, not “brand poetry". In 16+ years, I’ve led marketing strategy, brand strategy & brand identity work for 100+ brands — from new ventures to multinationals like McDonald’s and Volkswagen — across banking, medical, CPG, SaaS, automotive etc. I work end-to-end, but strategy comes first: – Marketing research (customer, competition, company) – Segmentation → Targeting → Positioning (STP) and brand architecture – Brand strategy platform (value proposition, messaging, comms principles) – Naming & verbal identity, then identity systems and guidelines – Communication / go-to-market planning when the strategy needs to survive contact with the market Credentials: I graduated the MiniMBA in Marketing with Grade: A with distinction (classic marketing - STP, 4P). From time to time I also mentor upcoming strategists in IAA Romania’s career launchpad (since 2020). And I occasionally step on stage: I spoke at Business Brains Conference (2022 – “The Tribal Mind: How to Build Brands that Rule the World”) and shared work/methods at EastCreative Conference in Lublin (2025 – “How to make people fall in love with their own future?”). Academic fuel on top of practice: MPhil in Philosophical Counselling + BA in Marketing, BA in Psychology studies. Useful combo when you’re trying to build brands for humans (not spreadsheets).
