I’m a Talent Partner currently at Ikigai Digital, one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024. I help build world-class digital banks by hiring Senior Backends and Tech Leads across Portugal and Europe. Basically, if you’re into clean code and complex systems, I’m probably stalking your GitHub (in a friendly way). Before this, I wore two hats as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and IT Delivery Manager, recruiting across stacks and managing client relationships to keep projects moving and teams happy. From Fullstack devs to Data Engineers and Cybersecurity folks, I’ve matched a lot of talent to a lot of challenges. I’m into: Translating vague job reqs into actual hiring plans Making candidates feel like humans, not pipelines Fighting “urgent” roles and sourcing senior engineers without sending 300 InMails Before tech recruitment, I was a clinical psychologist, which comes in handy when reading between the lines of both CVs and hiring manager requests.
