About Andreia Lozano

With over 20 years of experience in project management, organizational change management (OCM), and process and transformation, I am a relationship-focused professional who always keeps sight of the objective. Throughout my career, I have worked for reputable companies such as Whirlpool, Accenture, Itautec, CSC, KPMG, Multiplus, Nestlé, Kaizen Institute, and Symend. Significant projects I have spearheaded include implementing and certifying the Whirlpool Corporation Integration Management System (SGI) in multiple sites and successfully achieving ISO certifications. I have also led the implementation of CMMiL3 in Latin American projects for Accenture and CMMiL2 for Itautec/Oki Electric Industry Co. Ltd. In addition to my experience in various industries such as logistics, banking, insurance, telecommunications, collections, marketing, rewards, and retail, I have expertise in continuous improvement, IT strategic sourcing, IT governance, CRM, E-commerce, and service management. I have also led digital transformation projects during the COVID-19 pandemic, showcasing my adaptability and resilience in times of crisis. My commitment to creating inclusive work environments is not just a statement but a demonstrated reality. I have led initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and women's leadership programs, showing my dedication to fostering a workplace that values and respects all individuals. This commitment has been recognized through my work on the ESG project at Kaizen Institute Global, which focused on developing a DEI strategy and implementation. Volunteering has always been a natural part of my path, as I have been involved in various projects and causes over the years. Currently, I am on the TEDxCalgary board. I am committed to making a positive impact through both my professional work and my volunteer efforts.
