About Andreia Rodrigues

Having lived and worked in Lisbon and London from a very young age, I have discovered the area I really enjoy working in with my last job. My professional career is broken into three distinct parts- When I was living and working in Portugal, where I gained customer service and service helpdesk experience at the former PT Negócios and at Fujitsu. I developed my communication, adaptability, time management and problem solving skills- When I was living and working in London as an Operations Managing Editor for Mintel, where I learned to manage an operational environment with a focus on targets and deadlines. I was also directly managing a team for the first time, so it was important to listen, be empathetic and human- Lastly, my current position as an Associate Product Manager at Mintel. Product is allowing me to learn and grow every day, it has developed my problem solving, creativity and attention to detail skills (amongst many others), expanded my knowledge in tools such as Jira, Miro, Monday.com, etc, and I completed a Certified Scrum Product Owner certification with the Scrum Alliance in September 2022.
