About Andreina Bailon

I am looking for opportunities in education. Being able to make any circumstance a positive has always been my strong suit. I have always been interested in finding different ways to educate and to help others reach their highest potential. Giving 100% is the bare minimum in my vocabulary, and I believe that there is no better measurement in achieving success. My passion for education and helping others has always been a part of my life. I believe that teaching children is a give and take. I was a student ambassador, and gave up many a Saturday morning to give tours to potential new classmates. In college, my sorority sisters gave me the nickname "Sister Buzz" because I was going from person to person trying help in any way I could. Whether it was with a hug, joke, or lipgloss fix I was your girl. Being able to learn from fellow educators and working as a team is very important to me. Being a competitive cheerleader for over 10 years in your life is no small feat but I always wanted to try new things. This led me to dabble in college lacrosse and I even tried my hand at rugby. Being part of a team is part of my nature and I love the camaraderie that comes with it. I guess it also helps me express my competitive side, as I channel it to complete any goal my team is tasked with.
