As Head of Marketing at Venture Group Tenerife, I lead the strategic direction and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence across both digital and offline channels. I manage a team of over 12 professionals and more than 16 concurrent projects, overseeing everything from campaign ideation to final analysis. My expertise spans a full spectrum of marketing disciplines: brand conceptualization, performance advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads), data analysis, CRM, email marketing, web development, and creative content direction (photography & design briefs). I have also designed and led internal workshops and team development programs to scale departmental performance. With a Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing, a Master’s in Digital Marketing, and currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Strategic Analytics, I combine a creative mindset with data-driven decision making to deliver scalable solutions. Innovation, agility, and continuous learning are core to how I lead teams and drive growth.
