About Andreja Kriznic

It all started back in 1994 when I was a student and became a member of the student association Management Group. Besides getting the first management experience and knowledge, I got involved in several projects. It was "love at first sight" as I am a person that is very proactive, likes challenges and wants to achieve results. After my diploma "Project Risks in Chemical Industry" as a young chemical engineer I decided to move to the project management area immediately. That is how I started in ITEO Svetovanje d.o.o, PM division and worked there on several projects related to cluster development and also as a trainer and consultant. In 2006 I decided it is time for an international career and joined first Next level consulting GmbH and in 2008 spin-off PMCC Consulting GmbH. I worked with several companies in various industries as a trainer, consultant and coach. Since 2012 I was also a very active member of the PMI(R) Slovenia Chapter. I love my work and I like to transfer my project management knowledge and experience to PMP candidates as PMI(R) Authorized Training Partner Instructor. I especially like to work with young people who are at the start of their careers to help them evolve into professional project managers that will successfully lead projects in the future. In my private life, I love spending time with my family and my husband. I enjoy nature, hiking, kayaking, skiing and mountain biking which is my favourite activity.
