About Andrejs Demcuks

I am a football coach at Szkola Pilkarska Sopot, a school that offers training programs for young footballers aged 6 to 16. I develop and implement the curriculum, using my teaching and coaching skills to create a positive and supportive learning environment. I motivate and inspire the players to improve their technical, tactical, and physical abilities, and to enjoy the sport. I also communicate effectively with the parents, staff, and other stakeholders, ensuring the smooth running of the school and the satisfaction of the clients. I have been coaching football for over three years, and I have a passion for the game and its values. I am currently pursuing my master's degree in sports at Akademia Wychowania Fizycznego i Sportu im. Jędrzeja Śniadeckiego w Gdańsku, where I am learning the latest theories and practices in sports physiology, psychology, and management. My goal is to help young footballers achieve their full potential and to contribute to the development of the sport.
