Being able to build those relationships and strive for the success of the organization is my primary motivator. Furthermore, tennis is my passion. Practicing this sport for over 18 years at an elite level taught me about the importance of having discipline and a result-oriented mindset, there are not shortcuts, just hard and smart work.
