Currently, I work on-site at Meadowvale Toyota in Mississauga, where I operate from the dealership’s service drive-through. In this role, I collaborate daily with service advisors to complete mechanical inspections, produce accurate collision repair estimates, and manage insurance claims in alignment with industry standards and client expectations. In addition to my automotive expertise, I hold a diploma in Network Administration and bring strong technical acumen to my work. I am proficient with industry tools and systems such as Mitchell, Audatex Qapter, Progi Calendar, and ASE, and I am adept at learning and adapting to new platforms, including CRM and help desk systems.
