I am a competent, versatile and high-performing Project and Asset Maintenance Manager with several years’ extensive experience providing top-quality services across the Defence, Maritime, Oil and Gas and Resources industries as a Technical Officer and Service Specialist, Project Superintendent, Project Manager, Ship Engineer and Maintenance Specialist, with expertise in Maritime and Defence Maintenance, Specialised Equipment Maintenance, Project Management, Leadership and Personnel Management, with various certifications and training. In my most recent role as a Team Reliability Manager, I was tasked to manage high risk projects and workers, promoting safety and ensuring all planned activities were carried out accurately within allocated time and budget. I collaborated with Supervisors and reviewed scope of work to generate quotations and monitor every stage towards the completion of projects. As a committed and responsible leader, I ensured strict compliance with the company, industry and government’s standards and policy and encouraged my colleagues to follow through participation. Through the length of my career, I have demonstrated my dedication, hard work and genuine commitment to provide positive outcomes focused on meeting and exceeding company’s set objectives and goals and delivering high-level customer satisfaction to maintain loyalty and increase referrals.
