In my current role in Doosan Bobcat as Vice President for Geith Global and Rushlift Limited I am responsible for the sustainable, profitable growth of these Business Units. Experienced and skilled at reorganizing and restructuring struggling businesses I have a proven track record in business turnaround situations where an adherence to sound business fundamentals, teamwork and a customer centric approach to profitable revenue growth have allowed me to deliver significant financial returns from break even and loss-making situations. Excellent financial skills and strong commercial focus combined with a long-term strategic viewpoint and excellent analytical skills enable me to quickly and effectively analyze business problems and develop solutions that enhance operations, drive revenue growth and contribute to the bottom line. This coupled with the ability to develop and lead teams has resulted in a proven track record of financial success delivered by healthy, engaged organizations. An ACCA qualified accountant with 10 years of General Management and Senior Leadership experience. I also have over 20 years' experience in the Multinational sector working with Doosan Bobcat, Doosan Portable Power, Digicel, AT & T Wireless, Ericsson and Deloitte. During that time, I have held a number of senior managerial roles including Finance Director, Chief Accounting Officer, Head of Shared Services, General Manager and Vice President.
