I also managed the entire HR aspect, P&L, operations, and risk management of the geographic area of responsibility. Most recently I am the Director of Operations of a large Auto Collision Center. My spouse's career has us relocating to the Seattle, Washington area where I hope to leverage my experience leading, managing, crafting operational excellence and developing people to the end goal of driving profit, growth, and employee morale.
