I am a Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer with an experience working within a manufacturing environment. I am able to work on my own or part of a team, being self motivated, customer focused and have good communication skills. I have knowledge in supporting manufacture of electronic circuit card and mechanical assembly. Controlling on Manufacturing Equipment such as Europlacer Pick & Place, Screening Printing & Oven Reflow. Operation Skills of using an AOI Machine & Selective Soldering. I have understanding of ESD Controls & Waste Disposal (COSHH) of which is practiced within the company. Practise lean manufacturing by means of 5S, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Kaizen and FOD Audits cross the factory floor. I now have certification to completing IOSH Training, this allows me to complete Risk Assessment on processes and Machinery within the company. I also complete ATW (Authority to Work) & PTW (Permits to Work) prior to Service Engineers completing services on are high end production equipment & services. Completing 3 monthly checks on all MHE (Manual Handling Equipment) on site, my role includes completing Work Place Insections every month. Another of my roles is to compile a listing of waste materials that go to be disposed of by a licenced Waste Disposal Company which could be yearly or bi-yearly depending on quantities. I'm now supporting the of controlling items to be sent out for Electrical Calibration this involves in scheduling well to minimise downtime of both Production and Test Engineering Departments. I have basic computer skills in Microsoft Word,Excel, Outlook & Power Point.
