Andrew Bartley, PCC, MDiv, MBA, serves as a strategic partner for leaders, teams, and organizations, and the change their mission requires. He helps people unleash potential. Andrew is a Principal of Platinum Leadership Inc, a firm dedicated to helping people experience joy working together. He has taught leadership, strategic planning, change management, coaching, and working with multiple generations at Western University Continuing Studies since 2009. Prior to Platinum, Andrew was a senior leader with a Canadian charity, supervising 17 directors and staff serving 110 communities and 700 employees. Andrew’s schooling includes an Ivey MBA (Leadership & Strategy), Master of Divinity (Spirituality), Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy), Bachelor of Education, and a Diploma in Adult Education. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and holds Adler Coaching (ATC), Ken Blanchard (SLII), Laser Coaching, Master Tilt 365, MBTI, Organization and Relationship Systems (ORSCC), and Yoga teaching certifications.
