About Andrew Bassett
My passion is to facilitate impactful experiential and innovative learning experiences. In my current role as the Associate Director for Education & Curriculum, I lead a team of nine exceptional educators, and together we designed and implemented new youth activities that increased program participation, and grew revenue from $400k to $900k in five years. Additionally, I work with adult volunteer instructors to create meaningful and creative education courses, both in person and virtually using an LMS platform. For the past 16 years I have worked primarily in the education and non-profit space. In that time, I mastered a variety of professional skills which include program development, strategic planning, building strong effective relationships, data management, risk management, budgeting, marketing, employee training, and communication. When not working, you can find me at on the trails, running or backcountry skiing with my wife and our dog. My experience also includes international adventure travel and leading professional level workshops.
