Background

About Andrew Beeman

I am a lifelong learner, retired military officer, and Health and Safety Specialist at Beta Technologies. My career has spanned national defense, emergency management, and health & safety, all built on the principle that leadership means making others stronger, safer, and more capable than they were yesterday. Alongside my professional work, I am deeply invested in youth development as the varsity volleyball coach at Mount Mansfield Union High School and involvement in youth sports in the Mount Mansfield and Jericho districts. My coaching philosophy emphasizes character, teamwork, and resilience as the foundation for lasting success. Whether managing large-scale safety programs, mentoring new leaders, or guiding athletes, I bring the same approach: clarity in purpose, adaptability in execution, and a commitment to making a meaningful impact. Specialties include leadership development, program management, safety, security, risk mitigation, emergency operations, coaching and mentoring, and translating complex systems into clear, actionable plans.
