About Andrew Bell

I have spent the last ten years working in the customs brokerage industry in various capacities - initially as an entry rater, working my way up to manage and develop air and ocean teams for multiple companies. Most recently, I was tasked to create a brand new department to encompass all post-release functions, including (but not limited to) freight partner payments, guarantees of various charges, final-mile delivery solutions and nationwide reconciliation of the related costs. I bring experience, passion and education to the table, including both my CCS and CIFFA/FIATA certifications. I particularly enjoy systems management, leveraging technology to expedite workflows, and the ability to develop training documents/sessions to ensure all staff/clients are on the same page. I am passionate about providing a quality brokerage product and building strong relationships with my clients, while continuing to expand my expertise through education and market research.
