About Andrew Belonger

As an Architect at J. J. Keller and Associates, Inc. I am responsible for technical leadership, and I am the go-to person for all technical questions in my department, as well as mentoring other developers and passing along that knowledge. My tenure at the company, along with my deep knowledge of technical processes and procedures, make me a huge asset. I am also very good at explaining highly technical issues in a very non-technical way, so both tech and non-tech folk alike can understand and learn. I recently re-joined a team I was a part of in the past that has grown immensely in my time away, and I have enjoyed learning all the things that have changed since I left. The knowledge and experiences I gained in my time away has helped me to jump right into existing projects and help get a few over the finish line in just a short time! I thoroughly enjoy being the go-to person for any and all questions that might arise - it helps me to become a more well-rounded contributor, especially if they are questions I don't know the answers to. I am always willing to go and find the answer and deepen my knowledge base even further! The culture and atmosphere at J. J. Keller is incredibly supportive and engaging. I have had the opportunity to work in multiple departments under multiple leaders, and the culture is ingrained in every one from the very start. The work is challenging, but very rewarding. The company also does an amazing job of providing opportunities for advancement and growth. Most of my time away from the office is spent with my wife and three kids - whether it's going to another dance competition or hanging out around our fire pit! I also enjoy reading, playing video games, and bowling.
