About Andrew Bloye

For over 15 years I have used my expertise to help people in the workplace learn new skills, adapt to change and stay safe. I deliver best practice digital learning solutions for Australia’s largest businesses. Their projects move fast and have high visibility, and also carry big expectations for tangible results. I know from first-hand experience how to quickly turn ideas into high quality digital learning that wins awards. It’s not surprising I’m passionate about learning - both of my parents excelled as primary school teachers. As a kid I would proudly hold my mum’s hand and listen when past students and their parents would stop us in the street to say thank-you for her efforts. I remember in vivid detail the colourful classrooms she would create; elaborate, interactive worlds filled home home-made costumes and puppets, artistic blackboard illustrations and paper-mache creations suspended from the ceiling! Now, my mission is to enable equally memorable and immersive learning experiences for adults in the workplace. Almost a decade ago, after seeing the challenges clients consistently faced with their learning projects, I thought there has to be a better way. So, together with my business partner, we launched ClearXP – an industry leading, digital learning platform developed in Australia.
