Background

About Andrew Boisvert

I'm Andrew Boisvert, a student in the BSc in Computer Science program at Mount Royal University. I have diverse experience with software development and engineering, digital audio technologies, and practical problem-solving in a variety of roles. I'm passionate about exploring technical solutions that integrate ethical considerations and positive community impacts. My academic journey has provided me with hands-on experience in application and systems programming, digital audio, and geographic information systems (GIS). Throughout it, I have developed a strong interest in how technology intersects with the social sciences. I'm particularly interested in exploring software development roles that allow me to bridge technical needs with user-centred and socially responsible design. I'm excited to further apply my current skills, and develop new ones, through internship or co-op roles and I am targeting roles in software development.
