I don’t just maintain or modernize fleets, I shape how we manage them. From vehicle procurement to Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), my work ensures long-term fleet performance through strategic planning, technical oversight, and data-driven decision-making. Over the last decade, I’ve advanced from hands-on mechanic to technical procurement lead, overseeing complex modernization projects spanning HVAC systems, braking controls, exterior wraps, and subsystem overhauls. I’ve authored multiple RFPs, driven data-based maintenance programs, and serve on the technical committee for the next-generation MetroLink LRV procurement. I’m also the technical LRV lead for the new streetcar project, supporting design criteria, vendor engagement, and risk assessment. Whether it’s launching a mileage-based RCM program, building foundational technician training, or driving specifications, I thrive at the intersection of operational efficiency and future-focused transit solutions.
