About Andrew Breed

I’m a Technical Programme Manager/Agile Coach/Agile Delivery professional with over a decade of experience sitting right between complex engineering and big-picture business goals. My job is to take high level company OKRs and turn them into a clear, manageable roadmap for global engineering teams.I’m heading up the Platform Engineering OKR framework for a 300+ person org at Just Eat Takeaway.com. I am aligning 40+ different initiatives across various time zones and markets but I love the challenge of making sense of the noise and helping teams actually deliver. On the technical side, I’ve spent a lot of time on the foundations of platform growth: EKS migrations, moving 500+ devs onto GitHub Actions, and rolling out Datadog observability. I'm a very data driven person, I love using data from tools like Jellyfish or Jira to spot where teams are getting stuck so we can actually fix core issues.Ultimately, I’m at my best when I’m helping teams stay stable and happy while we’re shipping massive, high-impact changes.
