About Andrew Breton

I build businesses that build people. As the CEO of Core Ventures and Founder of Mastermind Gym Solutions, I’ve spent the last two decades scaling high-performing fitness brands and developing the leaders who run them. Today, Core Ventures operates 25+ Anytime Fitness and StretchLab studios across multiple states—and we’re just getting started. Through Mastermind Gym Solutions, we’ve helped over 200 gym owners across North America to transform their operations, empower their teams, and scale without chaos. What makes us different is simple: we’re culture-first, process-driven, and obsessed with growth—of both people and profit. Whether I’m building businesses or mentoring owners, my philosophy stays the same-Transformational leadership beats transactional management -Culture is the foundation—strategy is the accelerator. We build both-Great systems create freedom for great people to thrive If you’re a high-level operator, area manager, or future executive who wants to be part of a company where leadership, impact, and growth aren’t just buzzwords—we should talk. If you’re a gym owner ready to scale sustainably—without burning out or losing your culture—we can help. Let’s connect—and build something bigger than just a business.
