Co-owner and Operator of Buddies4Life, LLC OUR MISSION:"Helping Our Staff and Buddies Obtain Independent Fulfilling Lives!" Andrew and Tresa Brinton have 3 children with Autism and Andrew has over 20 years of experience teaching Special Needs Students. Due to their love for those with disabilities they started working as host parents. While hosting they soon began to notice that their client needs had increased and his services had remained the same. Andrew and Tresa began advocating for their client who was struggling emotionally, financially, and socially. They contacted Work Force Services and got their client food stamps. They realized their client needed more behavioral supports, so they contacted local Behaviorist and were able to work with their support coordinator to get their client more Behavioral Support. They were able to work with their support coordinator to get Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment Counselors involved and were so excited to see their client start to flourish. They realized that they had a passion for advocating for individuals with disabilities and decided to start their own company. Andrew and Tresa decided to establish their own micro-provider, Buddies4life, LLC so that their host families and clients would be given a white-glove experience. They have a passion for training their families to get out into the community and serve. Their goal is to help individuals with disabilities get the care and attention they deserve and help host parents by compensating them at 60% of the budget, far above industry averages. They have a passion for helping clients experience a loving family setting that they can experience self-fulfillment and the attainment of their goals. They look forward to working with you. Andrew is also a seasoned transformational life coach skilled at helping you overcome limiting beliefs through reprogramming your subconscious minds; giving you freedom from fear, insecurity, addictions, and negative behaviors.
