Greetings! Throughout my personal and professional life, I have always thrived building strong relationships and serving in an advisor capacity. After pursuing my master's degree in Higher Educational Leadership with a concentration in social justice, I worked in admissions recruitment and academic & career advising for a private university just outside of Columbus, OH. Combining these skillsets allowed me to thrive as a Corporate Recruiter in the staffing & recruiting industry taking a candidate-centric approach to high volume recruitment. Unfortunately, I was involved in company-wide lay offs and am really looking forward to continuing my career in a recruitment capacity and affecting positive change with my strong work ethic, relationship-building, and desire to positively impact other's lives. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active by playing soccer and volleyball, trying new places to eat in the Metro Columbus area, and spending time with my boyfriend, dog and close family and friends!
