With a passion for engineering I have a unique and wide- ranging experience across many sectors and markets resulting in the skills needed to fulfil a range of positions, alongside the drive to succeed. I am a very experienced structural engineer with expertise in designing large, complex and high-profile projects. I have worked with award winning architects and have a proven track record of delivering designs which are sympathetic and co-ordinated to their needs. I am adaptable, working successfully with a wide variety of construction professionals and demanding clients, prioritising their needs to achieve their project goals and overarching business objectives. One of my key strengths is being able to make complicated things simple and communicating this effectively. I believe in promoting continuous improvement. I have led the development of new processes and tools that significantly reduce the duration of design stages, enhance technical quality and improve accuracy, which provides value. I excel in managing, leading and coordinating strong teams of varying sizes and in dispersed locations by combining strong verbal communication, current technologies and empowering colleagues to succeed.
