About Andrew Caldwell

After completing my Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from UAB I began working as a Program Staff at The Exceptional Foundation. This new experience allows me to gain more knowledge on where I wish to take my career path. My goal is to help individuals and organizations understand themselves and their thoughts, and overcome negative thinking or challenging situations. I have gained valuable skills and experience in customer service, human resources, and management through my work at Chick-fil-A Restaurants and Russell Lands Inc. As a front of house employee, I provided exemplary customer service and worked with a team of employees towards common goals. As a head lifeguard, I managed the work schedule, pool cleaning, and compensation of the employees, and partnered with human resources for hiring new employees. I am proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word and have used it to create presentations and reports for my academic and professional projects.
