Fredon was Established in 1968 as a privately owned electrical construction company, we have grown to become a leading provider of engineering, construction and maintenance solutions though our Asset Services, Electrical & Communications, Air, Security and Technology divisions. Our business units specialise in: engineering/design-off site prefabrication-management of large construction projects-client services/special projects-asset management-maintenance and -building services integration. Having worked with most of Australia’s major construction companies, our design, construction and maintenance expertise is often called upon for large or complex building projects and operations including many hospitals and data centres. State & Federal Governments, including the Department of Defence, regularly rely on Fredon to deliver construction and asset services work in highly sensitive, mission critical environments. As the National HSEQ Manager for Fredon I ensure that all our workplaces are safe for workers, contractors and visitors. I have been in the HSE field for over 18 years with experience in the mining, health and construction industries. I continuously review and improve our ISO Accredited HSEQ-MS in response to innovations in safety and changes to regulatory and legislative requirements. I also ensures our HSEQ expectations are met and practices adopted throughout the company at the Group, Divisional and Project levels.
