I started in the swimming pool industry as a young 24 year old with little to no experience. I spent the first 5 years mastering weekly pool cleaning and chemistry and then began specializing in Filtration while learning how to repair PVC Plumbing and install/replace pump motors and heaters. I’ve honed my expertise over 6 years and counting specializing in filter maintenance. I don’t job hop. Never have. When I decide to do something, I tend to stick with it and be the best I can at it. This industry has a lot of employee turnover and you don’t find a lot of guys like me that have been with the same company for 10+ years. I’ve expanded my skill set and responsibilities into a management and leadership role within the company. This includes scheduling jobs, writing and sending out estimates, and training others. I also pride myself a bit on an excellent memory and the ability to retain and recall customer information.
