About Andrew Chapman

I am a Senior Manager in Fund Financial Services at The Vanguard Group in Malvern, Pennsylvania, with 18+ years of experience in the financial services industry. Currently, I head the Investment and Accounting Operations Global Reconciliation functions across two sites. During my tenure at Vanguard, I have managed several middle and back office STP initiatives including, corporate actions, post-trade compliance, securities lending, and reconciliations. Additionally, I spent two years working abroad in Australia where I managed teams responsible for globalizing numerous middle and back office systems, as well as maintaining and upgrading several local systems. In addition to my responsibilities at Vanguard, I have been an active member of ISITC since 2006 and am an acting Co-Chair of the Reconciliations Working Group. Previously, I had Co-Chair responsibilities for both the Technology & Standards and Reference Data & Standards Working Groups. I support Vanguard's philanthropic endeavors as the site lead for the Pennsylvania Ambassadors Team for My Classroom Economy® (MyCE). I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University.
