About Andrew Chard

Having worked in the Computer industry until I was 43, I then started my own Lettings business in 1993 based, originally, in Notting Hill London. Known as 'Chard' for reasons that are obvious, Barry Manners and myself grew the business to a turnover in excess of £8m and employed (post recession) some 60 people. We were central west London's leading letting agency and our sales presence was growing. We have now sold this business and I am available to other Agencies anywhere in the UK to consult on how to grow, manage and market your business. As well as being available for consultancy I am also a Councillor for Leckhampton Ward on the Council of the Borough of Cheltenham. I believe that my experience to date (having been employed by international companies and having founded and built my own business) uniquely qualifies me to bring something very special to the people and Borough of Cheltenham. I firmly believe that it is right that I should 'give something back' to society and ask for your support in this. In January of 2013 I was appointed a Governor of Bettridge School in Cheltenham Now Barry and I have created 'Stay in Montpellier' So far we have 2 properties, a two bedroom apartment and a five bedroom recently refurbished Regency Terrace House, both in the heart of the Montpellier area of Cheltenham and both available for rent for anything over 2 nights on a self-catering basis. Montpellier House will also make a great 'event' venue Specialties: Residential Lettings Local Politics
