About Andrew Check

Hello, my name is Andrew Check. I am a passionate young man who is eager and ready to begin his career in the Health, Fitness, and Wellness field. I will be graduating from Eastern University with a B.S. in Exercise Science in May of 2016. I am a 2 time Academic All-American who is looking to immediately take advantage of the wonderful educational that I've been blessed to receive, and exploit it into my respective field. By communicating and leading people in an exemplary way, and my only goal is to help people understand more about the human body, and how exercise can be so beneficial to the body itself, but also to the mind. Exercise can be intimidating to a lot of people, especially those with minimal experience in working out. This is why I look to provide an alternative viewpoint about exercise by making it enjoyable, and decrease apprehension in individuals who are just starting to exercise. Also, I look to specialize in working with people with chronic diseases and disabilities, as well as the ability to work with athletes of any sport or activity. Exercise has always been a part of my life, and now it's time for me to give all that I know, and provide people with a better quality of life.
