About Andrew Chen

Andrew currently serves as the CEO of Woodmax, a global family business that provides quality products for its clients. While managing the company, he is also dedicated to issues of social welfare, having established strategic partnerships with NGOs in Cambodia, China, and Kyrgyzstan to support families and children in need. Andrew also helped to establish the Drucker School Global Family Business Institute with former Dean Jenny Darroch. Andrew hopes to lead his company to be a profitable and socially responsible business that continues to contribute to societies around the world. Andrew graduated with his Master of Business Administration from The Peter F. Drucker School of Management with an emphasis on Global Strategy. He received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration. Andrew previously worked at BENQ as a quality assurance engineer and at Maxplus as an account manager. Andrew was born in Taichung, Taiwan and immigrated to the United States in 1994. In 2013, Andrew moved back to Taiwan to take over his family business, Woodmax. Andrew currently resides in Kaohsiung, Taiwan with his wife and three children.
