About Andrew Clarke

After being made redundant at Telstra, I chose a change in career path and joined Clarke Legal as a Paralegal. Two and a half years later I have gained experience in the handling of worker’s compensation matters before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and have taken on the role of Senior Paralegal. In 2018, Clarke Legal merged with McInnes Wilson Lawyers which has opened up further development opportunities. Previously I worked as a highly experienced investigator with extensive experience in eDiscovery and the conduct of complex investigations into criminal offences, employee disciplinary issues and ‘whistle-blower’ matters. I also a specialised in the identification and mitigation of physical security risks, and in the successful implementation of loss prevention strategies in a retail environment. Complementing these is my ability to design and deliver high quality training courses, documentation and briefing sessions to all levels of employees.
