About Andrew Coates

As a Senior Sales Coordinator at NCSA College Recruiting, I leverage my BS in Advertising Management from Michigan State University to help student-athletes find their best college fit. I have developed core competencies in customer success, sales, customer relationship management (CRM), and communication, which enable me to build and maintain strong relationships with families, coaches, and colleges across the country. In my role, I work with a team of over teammates, many of whom are former college athletes and coaches, to educate, guide, and support hundreds of thousands of student-athletes on the college athletic recruiting process. I use CRM tools and platforms to track and manage the progress and outcomes of each student-athlete, and provide personalized feedback and recommendations based on their goals, preferences, and abilities. I am passionate about helping student-athletes achieve their dreams of playing college sports, and I value the culture of teamwork, excellence, and innovation.
