At Apple, I manage complex inventory processes, oversee shrink mitigation strategies, and support device lifecycle management from enrollment to troubleshooting—ensuring internal systems like RIO, RDM, and MDM run smoothly. I coordinate physical inventory counts, process returns and repairs, support visual merchandising resets, and help maintain store functionality through project coordination and daily logistics. I also participated in a cross-functional development program, testing and troubleshooting retail systems before rollout, which deepened my appreciation for systems integration and process improvement. With 15 years of experience across both front-end customer engagement and back-end operations, I’m now ready to apply my skills in new and challenging industries. Whether in project coordination, logistics, systems operations, or another field entirely, I’m looking to grow beyond retail—bringing the same drive, adaptability, and detail-focused mindset that has fueled my career so far.
