My professional journey began with a simple goal: to support my family and provide for my brothers and disabled father. That responsibility-driven mindset eventually evolved into a passion for leadership, logistics, and operations. I spent nearly a decade at GameStop, rising to Store Leader and developing deep expertise in inventory management, shrink control, and team development. I consistently ranked at the top of my district and maintained Prestige status by delivering strong results in both operations and customer experience. After reaching a ceiling in that environment, I made the leap to Apple—starting in sales but quickly gravitating toward what I truly enjoyed: operations. What began with product knowledge and customer experience soon evolved into a far more hands-on role behind the scenes. I transitioned into the Operations department, where I found myself thriving. At Apple, I manage complex inventory processes, oversee shrink mitigation strategies, and support device lifecycle management from enrollment to troubleshooting—ensuring internal systems like RIO, RDM, and MDM run smoothly. I coordinate physical inventory counts, process returns and repairs, support visual merchandising resets, and help maintain store functionality through project coordination and daily logistics. I also participated in a cross-functional development program, testing and troubleshooting retail systems before rollout, which deepened my appreciation for systems integration and process improvement. With 15 years of experience across both front-end customer engagement and back-end operations, I’m now ready to apply my skills in new and challenging industries. Whether in project coordination, logistics, systems operations, or another field entirely, I’m looking to grow beyond retail—bringing the same drive, adaptability, and detail-focused mindset that has fueled my career so far.
