About Andrew Connor

I’m a curious learner who enjoys understanding problems, distilling them down to their essentials, and designing practical solutions that actually help people grow.Over the past decade, I’ve led teams and developed leaders in a complex, fast-moving organization, with a particular focus on training, onboarding, and ongoing development. My work has included designing structured learning programs, creating instructional content (video, guides, workshops, and live training), and building scalable systems that support consistent learning across teams.I’m interested in how adults learn best - when learning is clear, relevant, and immediately applicable. I enjoy translating big ideas into simple learning pathways, asking good questions, and iterating on solutions based on feedback and real-world outcomes.I love learning new tools, collaborating with thoughtful people, and building systems that make it easier for others to succeed. In addition to hands-on learning design work, I’ve served on a senior leadership team, contributing to organizational strategy, staff development, and long-range planning. That perspective shapes how I approach instructional design; not just as content creation, but as a way to create alignment, clarity, and momentum.I’m increasingly focused on instructional design and learning & development work that combines thoughtful design, strong collaboration, and real organizational impact.
