Years in the service industry before being part of the technology industry have taught me, the client will remember the bad, they won’t remember the good, But the excellence you put by going above and beyond is ingrained for years to come. They look forward to your call, your visit or even that follow up email the next day. I aim for 100% satisfactory when I am either helping a client, colleague or even a stranger with anything.
