About Andrew Cosner

Dynamic leader with 23 years of military experience in various communications, intelligence, and contingency response teams around the world. I have dedicated my adult life to building bridges between diverse subjects, and using one to buttress the other. I have used my experience as an actor to be a better public speaker, and my time as satellite communicator to assist local non-profits with their IT infrastructure. I have taught classes in Africa, fixed longstanding technical issues in Turkey, and performed onstage in Japan. In addition, I have received the benefit of a diverse range of leaders offering me training and extensive mentorship. This breadth of experience has given me the insight to manage my teams with empathy and efficiency, focusing on teamwork, morale and welfare, cultural understanding, and individual development.
