At Mactavish, I advise corporate policyholders (including large international and FTSE 100 companies) on their insurance programmes. Through this role, I advise on various lines of business, including: Cyber, Pension Trustee Liability, Directors’ and Officers / Management Liability, Professional Indemnity, Investment Management, and Property & Casualty insurances. I have advised clients in a number of different sectors, including: Pensions, Private Equity, Energy, Oil and Gas, Construction, and Telecommunications. In particular my role includes: risk analysis, producing disclosure submissions, insurance policy analysis and negotiation, and broker and underwriter management as part of complex insurance placements. I am also closely involved in a project that is rolling out AI software for the bespoke purpose of insurance contract clause extraction.
