About Andrew Crowell

When describing my knack for learning and positive energy, one instructor called me "a student you come across once in every twenty years." I bring this optimism with me in every team I am a part of.I have been a stable, hardworking presence in a wide range of teams.Back in my Culver Academy days, I was the executive officer of a battalion of approximately 120 young cadets, 40 to each unit. The battalion staff was as geographically diverse as can be with a member from each equatorial and IDL quadrant of the globe. I was considered the finest officer to have been in the position for years for my ability to bridge the previously contentious gaps between three rival units and operate with a larger picture in mind.My most valuable professional experience so far has been at Vectar Onsite CPAs as an associate financial analyst. Being a small enterprise, I was able to experience firsthand every step of the reconciliation package through the supply chain beyond simply my role. Having experienced it, I even aided my employer in refining the process steps in written form to ensure they were communicated as effectively as possible.Currently on Purdue’s campus, I am the Vice President of Alumni and Family Relations for Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity. I work with alumni of all ages, host events at the chapter house, and work within the Executive Board to operate the entire chapter. My peers consider me a stabilizing force in team disagreements, able to clarify opposing perspectives to ensure effective communication.I hope to apply my teamwork skills and what I have learned studying supply chain management at Purdue to make my place of work the most efficient and effective environment possible.
