About Andrew Daer

I’m currently the Chief Marketing, Innovation and CX Officer at LarrainVial, which also encompasses Data Analytics, Digital Channels and Corporate Communications. During my prior role as Head of Digital Development at Bci, I worked extensively on large-scale digital transformations, digital business models, and agile transformation programs. I partnered with C-suite executives and frontline leaders to design digital innovation strategies and build the capabilities necessary to deliver impact. Previously, I served as Bci’s Head of Planning and Strategy, overseeing the development of the strategic plan 2015-2020. In my prior role as Retail Banking CFO, I was named Bci’s Best Financial Leader. Before joining Bci, I held brand management and marketing roles in the Insurance, Health, and FMCG industries. I find great satisfaction in developing talent, facing new challenges, and discovering creative solutions to problems worth solving.
