Turnaround Leadership & Strategic Transition I provide the strategic coaching to transform financial and operational challenges into successful, team-driven outcomes- As CCO, I led the CCG transition into the new ICB, co-designing governance systems and driving engagement with national policy for the new Integrated Care System- Delivered an £8m-£10m financial turnaround for two CCGs by fostering collective ownership and redesigning processes- Redesigned the All Age Continuing Care system (£500m+ budget), improving performance to a 12-year high- As a Cat 2 Accountable Emergency Officer, I led an integrated pandemic response. Innovation Scaling & NHS Partnership I provide senior-level insight for innovators to align their vision with NHS needs, build the right partnerships, and accelerate their impact- Co-founded and served as a board member for the North West Coast AHSN (now Health Innovation Northwest), guiding its foundational strategy- Won a £5.2m Prime Minister’s Challenge Fund award to develop new models of primary care- Partnered with CISCO on digital health innovation, leading to a speaker invitation at the Wired Healthcare Conference- Currently advise on leadership and innovation as a board member for the Honeycomb Group and on the Advisory Board for Generation Leader.
