I wake up envisioning methods for evolving abstract variables into concrete results, through coaching cross-functional teams on how to leverage fastidiously engineered processes. I’m an innovator for my workgroup, leader within my team, and cultivator of positive brand recognition. I seek to evaluate best practices amongst our workforce, in an effort to develop practical solutions supported by documented technical operating procedures. We’re in the middle of an information arms race, which requires continuous workflow improvement. Being a subject matter expert in optimization through data-driven analytics, I mentor teams to critically organize a plethora of facts into digestible and tangible solutions for the organization. As travelers with a craving for knowledge and experience, my wife and I have explored several edges of the globe where I’ve gleaned an empathetic appreciation for the value that an array of worldviews can bring to a team. Becoming a homeowner has enlightened me on how fostering goodwill within the community is a positive-sum game. And my grandma taught me that gratitude always reciprocates. Let’s engineer our future!
