I have also completed businesses in setting up, acquiring, and running services for deaf people. As a qualified sign language interpreter with over 25 years of experience, I am driven to improve accessibility and services for individuals who use sign language as their first language and are deaf or deafblind. Through my work, I have seen firsthand the transformative impact that accessibility can have on people's lives, and I am committed to making a difference in this area. In addition to my sign language interpreting experience, I also have proven management experience. I have led teams of various sizes and backgrounds, and I have a track record of driving results while maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
