About Andrew Dickson

I’m an accomplished, results-oriented strategic thinker combining 20 years of manufacturing production, general management, inside sales, and system skills. I have spent my career in performance racing component manufacturing, and directly involved in process engineering, product development and management, and more. Colleagues know me as being level headed and acting with a deep understanding and a bottom up approach to problem solving. In addition, I’m focused on building robust teams and enjoy inspiring and coaching people to grow and perform. I have an MBA from the University of Colorado and a B.E.N.V.D. in Architecture, also from the University of Colorado. For me, new challenges are exciting. My background in architecture has taught me to approach any challenge with an integrated approach, with consideration for business, culture, and production goals. I work best when I am refining, improving or reinventing existing systems.
